If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return within 14 days for a full refund.
You MUST contact us at (833) 387-7512 or email us to initiate return BEFORE mailing your items so that our customer service representatives can assist you with your return.
Returned item(s) must be unused and must be returned in original packaging.
We can only accept returns with valid proof of purchase.
- You MUST include a printed copy of the receipt as proof of purchase.
- If you do not have the original receipt, you can provide the customer service representative with your order number so that they can locate a copy of your receipt.
Any items purchased from a retail location must be returned to the original place of purchase. We cannot accept returns for amazon.com or other 3rd party vendors.
Once your return or exchange meets all requirements, please mail your items back to our warehouse.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
For your own protection, send the parcel using a delivery services that insures you.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and refund is made.
Once your item(s) reaches the warehouse you will be refunded, excluding the original delivery charges, if any. Please allow 7-10 business days from our receipt of your returned item(s) for refund.
